I've seen the same on this board whenever the subject of technical skill rises to the table. This pisses me off.

It's bad enough critics don't appreciate the technical aspect of the band, now fans aren't allowed to do so either?
I find this interesting too.

I´ve been wondering this: The last chorus of Livin´On A Prayer (the one after the key change) often gets mentioned as one of the strongest vocal deliveries by J.B. (I refer to the original album version on SWW.) Can you or someone else tell me how high it actually goes? I mean, what´s the highest note he hits in there?

I hope you guys keep at it. With any luck you may be able to change the other.

I love you too, Nikolai. I wonder what other thought provoking and inspiring posts I've missed since I put him on my ignore list....

Something like that. It's really a tough one!
My Guitar Lies Bleeding in my Arms is a good song too, I like the high note in the last part of the song. I think it's a C#5.

it's an E♭5. In the first and second chorus it's a C5.

I wonder if Jon can hit notes higher than C5 these days.. In The Circle album, the songs there were not as high as SWW, NJ and TD.
