Jon always looks more toned when touring, my guess is he ups a few miles to his running during the time of the tour.

I would have thought he'd have to keep fairly fit to cope with touring.

He's probably the kind of person whose weight fluctuates naturally.

so should i stop workin out because 1 girl ina million doesnt find a muscle guy attractive
