Ya know something Stone? I think your an arse. Seriously. Opinions are like a.s.s.h.o.l.e.s everyone's got one and everyone's stink. Yours especially.
I seriously think you need to consider some sort of professional help. I have never seen anyone bash the hell outta someone like I have seen you do over the past 6 months or so, just beat the hell outta Jon why don't you. Do you HATE him that Much? Honestly!!!!!!
YES moments he sounds horrible, but WHO THE HELL IS PERFECT ALL THE F'EN TIME STONE? Surely you must be! You seem to think Jon owes you something, HE OWES YOU NOTHING. You pay for a Cd? You think it's SH*T? Then return it, it's that friggen simple. You think he sucks live? THEN DON'T GO! Save that ticket for someone who will appreciate it., someone who would love nothing more then to go see them live. Someone who will seriously appreciate that ticket, you sure the hell don't.
All you do is friggen complain , left and right about JON JON JON JON JON his voice is crap? THEN DON'T LISTEN TO THEM ANYMORE!!!!
You think he doesn't care? If he didn't care, then why does he have a voice coach? If he didn't care Stone, then why on God's green earth do you see him get frustrated if He misses a note or screws it up? I am QUITE sure Jon beats himself Up enough for every single M&*&^ FU**&&%$ one o f you people on this website that has something to say about his voice. Ya know something? When you all become f'en perfect, let me know !!!!!
PEOPLE SCREW UP, PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES. PEOPLE AREN'T PERFECT EVERYDAY ALL THE DAM F*CKEN TIME STONE.
I am so friggen tired of hearing it already, people get over it, or don't spend your money on this band. I am so tired of Seeing Jon live in a bubble, God forbid the man Farts in Public, the news circles the friggen globe in 2.2 seconds. It is truly sad.

Ooohh....good lord.
First of all...I see them going on for a while longer. Even as long as the Stones. They will just gradually get more sporadic with releases and tours.
Now to address the above post.....
You should be aware that Stone isn't a Bon Jovi fan per se. He was drawn to them by their critical strength...their live ability...which Jon's voice had been a crucial component to the quality of the performance. Now I know you strongly believe Jon is doing the best he can and he is losing his voice due to age. So it upsets you when he is criticized. Stone feels the way he does because the live component..their best kept secret...is not on par with what it had been up till 1996. Without it....his interest won't be held. Point is....their live ability drew Stone to a band that he would otherwise have dismissed altogether. They had something there before and that something isn't up to snuff now as far as Stone is concerned. Without it..he has no reason to continue to follow them or listen to shows other than to see if by chance Jon finally stopped with the bullsh** and started delivering again. So for Stone....even if they continue on....if Jon voice sounds the same or worse...they might as well stop.
Jon isn't doing his best vocally. The condition of his voice is not due to age, he has peers older than him who have subjected their voice to far more abuse in their youth who have only improved. It isn't due to "what he's been through" which happened in 1986-1987 and has not occured to that degree ever since...his voice only improved after that period. He has the power and ability...he demonstrates in nightly with performances of Shout. But, he has said as much himself he doesn't have the same focus and drive as he did in the past. He goes into auto-pilot and that is extremely easy to hear in his voice. If you've been too busy going gaga over his leather pants over the years and more concerned with just staring in awe....you have no idea what we are talking about...but anybody who has been paying attention and has countless recordings of their shows from the beginning up to the present can clearly hear the difference.....and it's inexcusible.
Paul Stanley of KISS is one who went from being a screecher in his youth to a trained vocalist with much more power and control in his later years. He has 10 years on Jon. The difference is attitude. Paul takes pride in his vocal performance and enjoys experimenting with what he can achieve with it. This is where Jon is failing. He once had that exact same attitude. All he has to do is get that attitude back and his voice will follow. There was a time when Jon would outdo the studio vocal in his live performance on a nightly basis. He did this mostly by putting more feeling into the performance than was found on the album. That hasn't been the case since 2000. It has nothing to do with putting Jon under a microscope. It has to do with knowing our stuff as opposed to being distracted by his looks.

First of all Purist,
I never said I didn't agree. TRUST when I tell you, I don't Just stare at the leather pants, i know my stuff as well. I am FULLY aware his voice isn't what it used to be, I never denied that.
My whole issue is this, simply put. It seems to me way too many spend too much time bashing Jon for anything they can think of. They don't actually look and see the sheer frustration on his face when he DOES mess up. Do you guys even notice this? Do you ever notice just how disgusted he gets with himself? It's very plain, as the nose on his f ace , that when he misses a note, screws it up, or totally f's it up completely, he is FRUSTRATED. Do me a fav guys, next time you go to a show, or you watch one, where he DOES make a mistake, look at his face if you can. You'lll see what I mean.
As for the Borgata show, I was there. It sounded Great there. When We got back home and watched the show on The webcast, It sounded like CRAP. If you or anyone else cares to say he was in top form, your wrong. He sounded like POO. But Live, it was hard to tell.
UNderstand, I have been a diehard fan for 20 years . do I admire Jon for his talent, his drive and ambition, his musical ability to write songs that have touched so many for so long? Yes I do. I think he is one of the Best Frontmen in the business. Do I think he is slowing down? Yes I do. Do I think he needs to come back to us, the fans, and put on his best performances? Hell yes I do !!!!!! Do I think he needs to give a sh*t about his voice? hell yes That is his money maker!
What I don't like, is that the man can't sneeze without people critizing him left and right, if he sang dead on everynight, someone would critisize him for something. THAT IS WHERE MY ISSUE LIES. That is what send a bug up my arse. That is why I get bent out of shape, ya just don't understand.
Your all correct, Stone has a definite right to his opinion, But I don't have to like the way he placed it. That is my right. Maybe is if he had worded it differently, I wouldn't have snapped. Maybe I misunderstood the point he was making. But the way he worded it, sounded as if he HATED Jon and wanted nothing more then to bash the hell outta him, and there has been more then one time he has done this and I had enough. So I said my peace, as is MY right to do so as well.
Could it be because I just found out I am pregnant as well, that my temper is on overload? Ask My husband, he would say "Oh yeah".
