I have just listernd to the borgata CD and to my ears Jon still sounds the same and i realy cannot understand all this fuss over his voice.Am i missing something? i dont think so.To me he sounds the same as he did in 95 and 2001 nothing has changed so why is there all this attack on jon? no matter what you think of him at the end of the day he is still a good performer and can hold an audience to listern to him and if someome can do that then surely they are good at what they do right?

Yep. Listen to "Radio Saved My Life" on the CD and then on Borgata. On The box set Jon has a cold but he still sings everything perfectly. In Borgata he sings everything an octave lower, that's 12 semitones lower. Or Open All Night. Or Prayer. Or.. or.. or..

Sorry, but you're either deaf or in denial. His voice has deteriorated rapidly and badly. And no one's attacking him, it's just sad that he or some fans won't aknowledge the fact.

He's a good frontman, but he isn't the singer he used to be.

If Jon's voice keeps deteriorating then it'll become croaky enough to sing the blues. Bluesmen make music til they're 80 or more, so nothing to worry about.
