The last album I was excited about was HAND. I really loved the title track when they played it before the album release. When I got the album and found out that that was pretty much the only good track on it, I kinda lost faith in the band ever being able to make a decent album.

But I like Lost Highway, it's the best album since Crush. The only post-2000 album I really listen to. I wasn't excited about it coming out, but I ended up liking it. But The Circle and WAN have been total let downs, I'm not sure I even own WAN. Probably not. Not keen on getting it, either.

The only Bon Jovi releases I've thoroughly enjoyed since 2001 are the box set and NJ deluxe.

This is partly why I wasn't all that fired up about Lost Highway. It came along less than 2 years after Have a Nice Day tied up with the whole Nashville experiment.

I can't personally apply that to What About Now as I kinda stopped following the band for a few years by then.

Granted, I've always liked She's A Mystery and that song is way better than anything found on WAN. In all honesty, I truly wish that WAN had never happened. If they had gone out with TC that would have been great, WAN is just a big brown f*cking turd on an otherwise pretty amazing legacy.

There's actually a couple of cool tracks on WAN, but on the whole, it feels more like Goo Goo Dolls b-sides than Bon Jovi.

Totally agree! I really enjoy listening to What's Left of Me and Room At The End of The World and also Amen would've been a great track for me if Jon would've had decent vocals.
Otherwise I think it's their worst album so far,it wad definetely rushed,Richie wasn't involved almost at all and the production is bad.
