When was the last time you were excited for a Bon Jovi album?

Yep. I really wanted to like it, but not even one song sounds finished and good to me. Like some parts of songs but that's it. The lyrics are the worst ever.

Yeah, same here. I liked Army of One until they went to the chorus and this "never give up" crap set it. I enjoyed What's Left of Me until the 2nd chorus kicked in...
The two songs I enjoyed live during the promo gigs were I'm With You and That's What The Water Made Me, but the first suffers from an awful robotic sounding production and the second from Bobby's guitar being all over the place in the mix.
So there really isn't one song I can fully enjoy from start to finish (whereas all the previous albums at least always had a few of them).

I'm still puzzled how between JBJ, RS, DC and Jon Shanks, NOBODY had the audacity to call out the chorus of Army Of One. I guess it was pure complacency, because if somebody had criticized that, it might've resulted in "Oh yeah? The lyrics of Pictures Of You are also complete bullshit!". And you know, they would have all been right. It would've destroyed the illusion of "we're ready to release a new album".

Ich kann die sprache aber gut verstehen aber ich spreche ganz weinig Deutsch. Aber bitte wann sie einer anderes sprache wollen benutzen, bitte gebrauchen sie Hollandisch, da Thierry und ich sie allen einer kopzen kleiner machen, verstehen sie mich?
