I think the Dave Stewart mix that's a b side on the midnight and chelsea single is much better than the album version.

You talking about the acoustic version? If so I have always loved it - in my opinion it is way better than the album track.

**I just listened to it for the first time in a while - Jon and Bobby do a great job.

No it's a completely different mix but using the original tracks, sped up a bit and a bit rockier imo. it came as a b side with the midnight in chelsea single.

2 secs I'll see if I can find it on youtube.

I prefer the original version, though the Dave Stewart mix is interesting. The original captures the mood far better. I'm never closed to remixes though and wish it was done more often with rock.

I thought I had every single from that album. Oh yeah - I like it.

I have a Midnight in Chelsea single but mine has Sad Song night & August 7th on it.

E-bay - here I come

For me, no question, the album version. God, I love that song to little bits.

thanks for this. This is currently my absolute favourite Bon Jovi related song. The original is better though.

I prefer the original as well. My favourite version is the live version from the fan club show last year.
