With rumors and speculation of Richie leaving cuz of creative differences, the real question people should be asking is, who will win if it comes to blows?

Jon without a doubt.

I reckon Richie could batter Jon easily but after hearing him say "My job is to keep Jon happy" in WWWB, my bet is that he would bend over for Jon (metaphorically speaking).

I always got the feeling Jon couldn't beat his way out of a wet paper bag.
