Not so much, Jon's voice was shot and the band sounded tired.
Live from London was never released in full because the footage was shot by the BBC and there was a rights issue. Bon Jovi don't own the rights to the recording apart from what was shown on TV making it the only thing they were able to release. I'm not even sure Bon Jovi has the masters stored somewhere either. Obie once mentioned this a long, long time ago on bonjovi.com after someone asked why the DVD release didn't contain more songs even though Bon Jovi had little to do with the DVD release anyway.

I get why Hyde Park wasn't released either. It was long, as you say, but the band was cleary tired and Jon's voice gone. If they went to pull out anything from the archives of that tour, I'd hope for Munich. Best post-2000 concert for me.
About Live in London: That's how I remember it, too. Which is a shame because I think BBC filmed it on 16mm which means that the footage could easily be scanned to proper HD material (like Queen in Montreal '81) and make for an outstanding show. But then again, that'd cost some money and we know that Jon wasn't even willing to pay for Hammersmith 1990 being remastered.
