As you said, it's written before you heard HAND and the new LMS. I'd say:
your timing couldn't be any worse. Save it for september, when there might
actually be something to be negative about.

Or, in the best case scenario, there might not be.

Now it just sounds like whining for the sake of it (although you claim it not to be).
