"Swingin' in there 'cause
She wanted me to feed her
So I mixed up the batter
And she licked the beater"

"Swing in the bathroom
Swingin' on the floor
Swingin' so hard
We forgot to lock the door
In walks her daddy
Standin' six foot four
He said you ain't gonna swing
With my daughter no more"

But bands such as Warrant, Motley, Whitesnake etc. are still considered as great bands by a lot of rock fans. I appreciate their music a lot more these days, far more than I ever did in the 80's and 90's.

Default why those other bands faded:

Well even though Bon Jovi werent the cleanest of bands in the 80's (they got wasted, went to strip clubs etc) their audience was so vast that kids and housewives liked em. On the other hand you have Motley crue and AC/DC; descent but their main audience was heavy set bikers who got stoned more than people living in Biblical times, those people either died or cleaned up their image leaving the band with no followers

at AC/DC concerts though, you see people from 10-99...
however, go to a Deep Purple show and things are different

AC/DC have no followers? pah!
They have a huge following. Back in black has just gone double diamond in the States and is the 3rd maybe 2nd now best selling album of all time. Their one off show at the Hammersmith Odean over here last year sold out in less than 3 minutes! Granted it was a small venue, but the demand for tickets was overwhealming.

Default Sorry if i offended anyone with the AC/DC stuff

Im just going on the information given to me by a cousin who saw them in Newcastle (and took pictures) and she told me there were about two women in the whole staidum and from the pics all i could see was a load of heavy set men with very greasy hair nodding their heads back and forth

is it right?
I loved this album but I have it no more. I go to see on Amazon..
you do realize that cherry pie was only a metaphor, right? he didn't really refer to a pie with cherries....
Of course I know. I was joking
