As soon as a CD is released in the US the JAPS import it and sell it in mainstream stores like HMV and Tower Records. They are about $6-$10 cheaper than JAP CD's. This is why JAP CD's have bonus tracks and why they are released slightly earlier. BY the way, JAP is a racist slur. Jim Bon Jovi thinks it isn't even though he has never left Europe.
