On the subject of new albums and covers...

I personally love hearing a lot of these covers.

I read somewhere that they play Badlands at somepoint???!!!

Thats, like, the greatest song ever written, ppl! How can u complain about that? I Won't Back Down? Thats a great %$#@in' song!

How about a cover album? Bette Midler just did it...

Given that there are about... Lets see... NO similarities between Bette and BJ, but hell...

I'd buy it!

~Can't Help Falling In Love~
~Travelling Band~
~Drift Away~
~I Won't Back Down~
~ It's Only Rock and Roll But I like It~

I could name alot more but y'all get the idea!
I'm exactly the same, I love their version of Rockin In The Free World, but the origional does nothin for me, same with Drift Away and Help ~even though I love the origionals of those aswell.

I think I have a very poor quality version of Badlands done by BJ on a bootleg somewhere. It's hardly audible, but it would have been great to hear it live.

Bon Jovi's version of Rockin' in the Free World is good but I prefer the Neil Young original, although the solos on the original are very basic and it looks like Richie has enhanced them on the version that Bon Jovi play.

To the guy who said they play These Days songs in Europe, don't count on it. I was at Old Trafford for Bounce and Huddersfield for OWN and nothing from These Days was played. I'm not 100% sure about Crush tour but I was at the final show at Wembley and if they did play anything it was only These Days itself, I'm not even sure if we got that. I'm not saying it's the same everywhere, maybe I've just been unlucky. I'm just saying going to a European show is no guarantee of These Days material.

Yea These Days songs just get played on extended speical gigs kinda thing in EU....Like they played Diamond Ring, Somthing To Beleive In & These Days in Munich in 2003 and they played These Days at Hyde Park 2003....so just wen the lads decide to put on a bit of a speical extended setlist then These Days itself is likely to appear....I reckon itl get played one night at Wembley at most in England...Id be happy with that though

Most bands play cover songs. I'd like to hear them playing Rockin' In The Free World from Neil Young. It's killer!

They played 3 covers at the 3rd Toronto show!

Heroes, Treat Her Right & I Wont Back Down....

Isn't that just a little too much!

It still would of been an ace show though....altho ther was also 2 bounce songs in there aswell, lol
