Why no Aug 23 Concert in USA

Does anybody know the reason why this will not be shown in the states accoring to the letter. We get the album a month later than some with. Come on Jovi, where are the American perks???

I think you'll probably find that due to VH1s (in the states) recent Times Square coverage - where they dedicated a large part of the day to showing BJ (something that wasn't shown anywhere else in the world) - They'll probably wait a bit before showing another BJ special.
