Ah, now I see what you are saying. I guess it's just really the U.S. getting 12 tracks since then, am I correct? I don't think we have really gotten an album with any bonus material, being released in the U.S.

The record company only pays for the 12 songs, any other song that they put on an album goes without being paid the rights that they are owed.
