I'm not downloading it. I'd rather have the actual CD. Besides, my poor computer couldn't handle it!

I am the first bad person here! I downloaded Bounce because I went to the Shepherd's Bush gig and i wanted to know the lyrics before the show. As soon as the CD went on sale, I bought the album and removed the MP3's from my PC.

I will probably download the songs from the new album, but only if they are available weeks before the release. If it is just a few days, I won't do it. And I would buy the CD anyway...

I never download anything that is commercially available.

People work their butts off to produce music, software, games and should be properly compensated for it.

I believe it is the RIAA, not the United States that is suing her.
