rolling stone magazine is a steaming turd of a publication. it's so wrapped-up with its own musical prejudice its untrue. if bono or bruce farted into a microphone they'd hail it as some kind of masterpiece.

for god sake the album is world relevant, lyrically strong, and very enjoyable and thats really all there is to it. i think the question we need to address is whether this is simply because who ever this is likes "bon jovi" or not.

it is at least a good album

it makes statements, talks about world events, and finishes with an understandable conclusion that is 'learn to love' the world anyway regardless.

what more do you want from a bunch of 50-60 year old men??
