As far as the actual playing of their music goes the band is as good now as I've ever heard them.
As for Jon, is his voice at it's highest pointin his career??? No but it isn't the complete trash you say it is either.

As for the new record, I happen to like it, not because I think it's the best nusic they have ever made, but because I think it is a very honest record of where Jon and Richie were at and what was going on with them at the time. I don't see anything wrong with taking a side road artistically once in awhile. Do I want two or three more LH's??? No but since the band hasn't repeated themselves since the SWW/NJ records, I don't see any cause for concern.
Whether you like the project or not, it was the bands first number one in seventeen years in the US, it did go number one in sixteen countries, your own included I believe, and the tickets are selling and people are going to see them, and by the way from the comments I heard in Newark going home happy and satisfied with the show they saw.

Bon Jovi is the band I follow, the band that I would rather see live than any other. It's been that way for over twenty years and so far on this tour I have seen no reason not to buy tickets and go see them a few more times. If there was a tour I was worried about how they played live it was Bounce. that was a mediocre tour IMO, for what was a decent record at best.

And yes, to answer your question I do belong to backsatge, as do several of the members of this board. great tickets are great tickets my friend, and backstage has them. I see the band way too often to settle for mediocre seats when I don't have to, although I did take seats all over the arena in Newark and enjoyed the different perspectives.

That's exactly what rainsong's saying, so what's your argument now? Another "offensive" post aimed at me?

Salaam Aleikum,

Rainsong said that NJ and SWW where pretty repetitive. I don't think so.
Aimed at you? YOu take yourself too seriously. Instead you're pretty worthless.

No she didn't. She said Bon Jovi never repeated themselves since the SWW/NJ era. That's something different.

Not really. You've been calling me names and trying to offend me ever since I started to go against your posts.

Says the person who's being ignored by most people on this board. Yeah, you're a real value for this board.

I am. And I'm ashamed people could think you represent what Germans are like. But fortunately, it's like the cliche of Americans. Only the idiots are loud and gain attention.

Seb, I got the hint, but truly, he IS a prime example, for what, I don't know yet, but not a German.

Where have I been asskissing anyone? If you'd pay attention you'd know that I usually argue with Seb because I don't get how his much appreciated knowledge leads to his contemptuous bitching comments.

Your funny comments however, I don't know where they come from, but it can't be knowledge or intelligence.
