Not sure if Richie was miming the solo, if he was it must have been recorded earlier in the day at the studio as there's not a version of the guitar part he played recorded officially anywhere. The contestants bit was a little embarrassing, not sure how much of a say Jon had in that...but still was good fun and must have been amazing for them!
