So your comment about Everyday not being on the CD doesn't make much sense.

There's an acoustic live version of Blood on Blood on the OWN mexican Promo single.
Love for sale, Wanted, Prayer and Sleep when i'm dead were also avalaible on a Limited spanish Cd edition of KTF album as Acoustic studio live at 40 principales studios.
Well, those songs existing yet, but it's not for that reason they won't be on the album.
