Wow am I feeling old now. My first Bon Jovi purchase was Slippery way back in 1986. I heard Bad Name one time and got hooked. I purchased Bon Jovi and 7800 soon after.

my first BJ Cd was "Keep The Faith". Befor BJ is was a massive Guns NīRoses Fan. But after "Use Your Illusion I+II" it was over, and the net album from The gunners was "the spaggethi..." and it was really bad, so lotīs of years back, there was a video named "Keep The Faith" on MTV. Ok, i thought in that situation, but there was something in that song i really liked. a few days later, there was a article from a big record store in the newspaper. every BJ cd for (i canīt remember) i think 10 Euroīs. so i went to my mother (i was 12 back then) and smiled at her, and she gave me a lotīs of money, because she had no small ones at that moment, ok, i had to bring her back the rest, BUT i came back home with all there albums (+solo) that where out since "keep The Faith" (7cdīs)*g*
my mother was very very angry because there was no money left *ggg*
MOM forgive me, it happend 11 years ago *gggg*

first I really bought was Blaze Of Glory on tape (I went to the record shop to buy queen's news of the world, but when I saw the new jon album, threw away the queen album). after went Jersey, KTF (the day it went out, and the girl in front of me bought NJ, wonder why?), and all the others..

Keep the faith. I've seen some stuff of BJ on MTV and decided to buy the album. I'm not really sure but I think it was a BJ-weekend or something back then.

Wow, I'm amazed at all the 'new-ish' fans that started with some of the latest albums. I started with New Jersey pretty soon after it was released (due to Bad Medicine - oddly enough I don't really like that track now!). Picked up SWW, 7800 and BJ in that order, then bought every other album generally on the day they were released

Mine was Slippery When Wet on tape, bought it 31.12 1986. I had heard Bad Name and Prayer and that was it. Hooked immediately.

Mine was the Bon Jovi self titled album way back in the early 80's when Bon Jovi first came out. It was given to me for my birthday and since then I have loved them ever since and I kept buying all their other albums.

My first album was self-titled. Or actually it was my dad's and the first one which was bought for me was Slippery. A birthday present when I turned 7 or 8 (I'm still not sure).
