"Captain Crash" and "Who Says" are both overplayed live. But so are "Raise Your Hands" and "Born To Be My Baby". That doesn't make them bad songs.

I always liked "Captain Crash", it was so fresh and different, yet catchy and just fun to listen to. Still one of my favourites from Crush.

"Who Says"... a song I could do without, but as it is there, I learned to like it. It's not THAT bad.

This song never really grew on me. And live it bothers me even more.

I'm not sure you really understand what overplayed means. A song is overplayed when people have enough of it. It's not a matter of how many times it's played, it's a matter of how many times it's being played played in front of a bored audience. Once the audience is bored with it, the song is overplayed.

So with that being said; I don't think any die hard is fed up with Born To Be My Baby as much as they are with Crash. When Crush was released people already had enough of Crash as a live song, meaning it was already overplayed on the Crush tour, just as Who Says You Can't Go Home was already overplayed on the HAND tour.

If those ****ing cunts from Backstage in the front wouldn't start waving their arms to get the bands attention every time it was being played no one would join in anyway. It's not like it ever starts behind the pit, ey? And face it, if no one would wave their arms to the song the band would be playing the song in front of a pretty dead audience.

Raise Your Hands without raising your hands = still a good rock song.
Capt. Crash without swinging your arms = even more boring.
