I agree and I wonder how long before he just spills his guts. I think he's getting tired of having to be the diplomatic one and biting his tongue during interviews.

I just noticed... I had the tab with the page to this article still open (been for a few hours, since it first came out) and, well, looks like someone wasn't too happy with a "vanilla" title and tried to spice things up a little bit by changing it a while later... Who's the asshole now?

This is the guy who won co-host for a day on Live with Kelly Ripa several months ago. He's annoying and over the top but he rips Bieber and his speech apart. LOL

It is just a very difficult situation and I do get why Jon is starting to becomes cranky about the situation since he doesn't like to give interviews at all. In Munich a lot of people were bitching about Jon (before the concert) and speculating which doesn't make the whole thing any easier. Even though Phil X is filling in for Richie it is still a 'loss' which puts pressure on all of them, IMO.

Not sure Justin Bieber fans would even care or know a lot about JBJ.

Jon's just pissed that they were playing the same venues as Bieber in South Africa but Bieber sold more tickets.....

That said, as the kid has gotten into "adulthood" he's become a little bit more arrogant about his position in the industry. It's not just one late arrival on stage either, it's at least 3 and all of subtantial times.
I agree that it is disrespectful, especially if you're only playing a 70-80 minute set and turn up an hour late.

It's not just the gig delays either, it's the general behaviour. Yes he was somewhat goaded by the press in the UK, but still inacceptable from him. Let's not forget that he went ballistic on his birthday when a nightclub wouldn't let whichever Smith kid was with him in to celebrate. What did he expect?!?! The Smith kid was 14, yet Justin demanded he be allowed into the club (and failed miserably).

Don't like him or his music...... (same could be said of Jon at the moment)

Justin is a tool, thats the short and sharp of it. Jon is spot on, fans pay hundreds (if not thousands with travel and hotels) and they deserve to have you turn up on time; its called common decency. It makes things worse when your audience is twelve and you make their bed time later

I wonder how many tickets he will be selling 20-30 years?!
