That's pretty much what I'm thinking as well. He did go to some great extent, with the hat, sunglasses and all (I would hardly believe it was unintentional). But the nose and mouth don't really look like his to me, and as you said, part of his tattoos should be visible, but they're not. I guess we can conclude it's not Richie then...
