Whoa Cheryl - you look fantastic. That is such an accomplishment. I have lived with a "chubby hubby" all my married life and I know how hard it is. I have watched him fight weight problems forever and I know it's no fun at all. Instead of saying that you're still fat - you should feel proud of what you have done. You may still lose more weight but in comparison you're not fat at all. I'm sure you feel healthier and I bet you're having the time of your life shopping for cool clothes

TY Kathleen ...I really do love shopping for clothes now ..and I guess since your hubby fought it his whole life you understand...like I said Im not small ...
and NEVER will be... but I am proud of what Ive done ... , and healthier VERY much so! Least in the plus dept ( think lane bryant) Im like a zero in that store lol ( well the smallest sz in there so I FEEL like a zero lol) TY for the nice words though

Actally Tweety and everybody my secret is this ...
I decided I was tired of bein fat and not feeling well .
I researched EVERY diet out there , but let me tell THEY dont work

I decided to try " my own thing" . Im not stupid and know whats good for me right? So I followed it . I also knew if I tried to "stop eating" and do 1200 calories Id starve .
So I stepped down my calories.
First month I did 1800 and lost only 8 pounds ...
Next month ...I did 1500 and lost 18 pounds

Next month I stayed on 1250 lost about 16 pounnds a month avarage.

I walk 5 miles EVERYDAY . Im a person I dont move it will come on me TRUST me

I eat pizza 2 times a week CANT live withought it and just make 2 cups of vegetables with it

I dont drink dont smoke ETC

And now since I made my goal I think I went on 1600 for maintience which Im not losing by doin so.

Im STILL fat here guys ...NEVER gonna be a 2 . Im OK with it
I like goin into well we have womans stores and they go 14w to 32w

I love bein a 14w its is like bein a ZERO to me in that store lol
Hope this helps anybody trying and REMEMBER you CAN do it If you try!

Biggest thrill I got was on the beach I wore a bathing suit FIRST time in 8 years and A guy tried to pick me up lol
