No Jack Black is his own name... Very known actor. He is in King Kong, Hall And Big Love and he has a band called Teenagious D.
Exellent hollywood actor.
Look it from Google images....

I watched that guy for a week and I was shocked, first I really thought that guy was Jack!

Look at pics of Jack Black with short hair. I DEFINETELY see the resemblance, it's scary. Though Jack different in Orange County. I'll see if I can find some pics of him.
