Is it continuing to grow or are you keeping it short & subtle?

Gimme a break guys I've only been growing it a few weeks

I've not decided what I'm going to do yet. I quite like the idea of just letting it grow wild and go home looking like an apeman but I'll look like shit.

So the other option is to keep it short-ish (though longer than it is in the photo) and neat. It's growing really slowly at the sides though which is a pain. I don't want a goattee I want the full shabang.

I had ago on one in Morocco and I've never forgotten it. Like you say manky creatures.

There's my new word for the day - "manky"! Thank goodness for online slang dictionaries.

Hehe, I have to admit...manky is a word us British use quite a lot!

Manky = Scottish slang word to describe a situation, person or object in a poor state of affairs. Commonly used in Scottish bars to describe the state of the toilets or glasses.

I'm going to make a point of using that word at work tomorrow. I love using words that my co-workers don't understand. Like the word "menial"...and yes, I wish I were joking about that

All the rules of safe handling were followed for this image. It's empty, the hammer is forward, my finger only looks like it's on the trigger (my nail is against the outside of the guard) and the cameraperson was off-angle to the muzzle. I'm actually aiming at a wall.
