Unless you've registered them, **** all you can do about it.

f you register your photos, you gain powerful remedies against infringer's. These can include:

* Civil penalties ("damages"). The pirate is on the hook for up to $150,000 for each misused photo;

* Attorney's fees: the infringer has to pay your attorney's hourly fees and all costs such as copies, postage, filing fees, etc.

* Restraining orders, Preliminary and Permanent Injunctions against the infringer, and even seizure of the pirate's computer equipment in some cases.

I upload my photos to my own webspace or to flickr, because I figure that, since I pay for the space in each instance, it gives me more rights over my images. On flickr at least there is an option for setting what level of rights you want for each of your images.

Excellent call. In fact all the KTF pics were fantasic, really cool. Wish Id have kept my 1994 black and white calendar or KTF pics, I loved it.
