Of course I havnt received tickets, theres still 10 days before the gig!!!

Cmon if you book a BJ show you should know you have to make at least 10 calls, threaten them and eventually pick them up at the box office anyway. It wouldnt be the same if you didnt have to...... I got my last tickets for the HAND tour about 5 mins before I set off

Just got an update from my Ticketmaster account and it appears that my tickets are getting ready to be dispatched and if i dont recieve them 7-10 days before the event to contact them..
When they say the tickets are getting ready to be dispatched.
What does that mean ? Are they waiting on a cab to arrive to collect them or do they need to find some suitable clothing to wear perhaps the shoes dont match .
They are tickets not people just put them in an envelope and post them.How hard can that be..

Their incompetence reminds me somewhat of my own coming up to exam time in University. I just keep putting revision and such off and off (knowing full well that the exams are almost upon me), right up until the very last possible minute, then panic and it all goes tits up. Every single year!

But you wonder how such a large corporation such as Ticketbastard consistently screws up so much and doesnt learn. Its not hard to process the orders as they get them, or at least at an earlier stage. They do it for some concerts - I got my Aerosmith tickets posted to me 3 days after they went on sale.

Nothing. This is still on the site when I log in to ticketmaser, but as already told - I got my ticket yesterday
