Take a look at this... looks like the Buick will be in Sofia after all:

Personally, I don't give a monkey's....without Richie it isn't Bon Jovi. I'm starting to lose interest in the band as it is now - same setlists, predictable shows, mediocre new music (yes the cd is wearing off). I hope Richie decides to go solo. No amount of new stage can make up for that and I won't be going...

Sofia will have the Buick no matter what some Austrian pseudo journalists may quote.

According to that interview both Jon & Tico said that Vienna will be the first show with the new stage.

I´d also like to add that that interview took place on April 7th so maybe plans changed and they are able to bring the new stage to Sofia.

It seems Bulgarian fans wouldn´t enjoy the concert without it....

Of course we would enjoy the show be it with or without the Buick. However, I personally would feel let down because it would seem like a double standard.

For me personally it wouldn´t make sense if they don´t have the new stage available on the first day of the european tour.

If however Sofia doesn´t have the Buick that doesn´t mean that the bulgarian fans are less important to the band than all the others.

There could be logistic reasons or they really want to test the stage without any stress which they may would have with "only" 3 days between South Africa and Bulgaria.

The official BJ twitter just tweeted something along the lines of "we shipped the stage, the lights, the crew, the BAND across the ocean. Tonight we rock South Africa! "

The stage on Levski Stadium in Sofia. The foto was made today. I don't know what Jon might have said abut Vienna being the first show with the new stage production, but it did not make any sense from the very beginning. Why would they use the old stage for just one show and what would they have done with it after Sofia? I just don't get it.

Congrats!!

As I said before it didn´t make much sense to me either. But now we know that Sofia also gets the new stage.

If Sofia would have had the old stage I assume it would have been the one from the South Africa shows. I guess they´ll ship that one back to the US or wherever.
