Wow - October 25, 2013 is the last time I saw this band. I saw Jon in Red Bank in 2014 but that was a different kind of show. Suffice to say it's been a while.

I will be there tomorrow night too - really looking forward to it. Mohegan Sun is a nice place to see a show. Because it's a casino they are strict about curfew. The upside though is that Mohegan Sun only holds 10,000 people. Madison Square Garden holds 20,000 and even bigger MetLife Stadium holds about 60,000 for concerts. So it's one of the smaller places to see this band.

Tonight they are in Philadelphia - after the last 2 concerts of Bruce's last fall I will probably not go to a Philadelphia concert again (unless perhaps Jesus Christ is playing). I prefer actually hearing the concert rather than navigating fistfights and screaming matches.

Wasn't the 2011 show the one that got cancelled at first because there was a major blizzard shutting down the whole state? The reason I ask is that I heard there was snow predicted this weekend too.

It sure was Becky. Mohegan Sun was supposed to be the first show of the tour (early in February) but it got cancelled due to snow. October 25th was the makeup date.

Yeah some snow is predicted but it's too late in the season for it to amount to much. I'm not worried about it. (Famous last words LOL)

Section 25 (lowers) row J - I am so short I like sitting up so I can actually see something. These were fanclub tickets and they should be good. Our daughter is coming with us and we are planning on having a great time.

That was 2013. It was meant to start the tour but had to be cancelled. The band played a free show instead for those ~ 2000 people who already made it to the casino.

Wow... time flies!!! It's hard to believe it's been that long ago. I still vividly remember everyone online wondering what would happen.
