Jon has changed the type of Music he now makes, due to age but also perspective. His voice is a liability, on the old stuff, but an asset as he can sound different now, compared when he was younger and screaming and hitting the high notes all the time. Hence, what we see in reduced tours, and omitting certains songs on tours, to help preserve what he has left.

Interesting if we ever see "Blaze of Glory" ever again, certainly that hasn't been sung since 2011, but I am not ruling it out, as I didn't expect we see "Always" again.
