As much as some exaggerate the decline in ticket sales, others are absolutely blind to it.

Not true. I just looked and they more expensive available for multiple seats is the $175 tickets.

Melbourne best is $203
Adelaide best is $310
Brisbane best is $515

Sydney and Melbourne shows are selling well, though neither are sold out. Adelaide and Brisbane shows still have plenty of seats left.

A lot of people here are exaggerating the decline in their ticket sales. Sure, they don't sell our every arena/stadium they play nowadays but they're still at least half full. The last time they sold out pretty much everything I think was HAND tour. Since then, it's been a steady decline. I'm quite sure that some of the stadiums they played in Europe 2013 were only half full.

I don't know why, it might also be because they toured quite a lot in Europe from 2000-2013 and they started selling out less and less. They haven't been to Europe for more than 5 years now, I expect the stadiums to be almost full if they decide to tour Europe in 2019.

To be fair though - you can't really count Berlin and Madrid in here. And Cologne was packed, but not sold out.
