No, she didn’t speak to Jon about the tour at all. Or they didn’t air it anyway. She just said afterwards, live in the studio regarding the tour: ‘wait and see we’ll tell you next month’

This makes me think that it has been postponed. It’s all very weird but isn’t this the kind of mess we’re used to?

Does anyone know if other interviews are scheduled? He did a bunch on the same day or two when he was promoting THINFS and they spaced out the broadcasts and articles to make it seem like they were done over a longer period of time. I think it's odd that he would cross the Atlantic for just one or two interviews, especially since it sounds like he's not promoting anything. Just a brief mention of an EU tour next summer, but not giving much concrete information beyond that. Stranger still is the LiveNation teasers that they now seem to be backing away from.

I wonder if they scheduled the promos and teasers, thinking the plan was set, but since then they've run into a glitch of some kind? Could there be a hitch in negotiations at this stage? It could be health-related, I guess; but I can't imagine that they would make that call this early, with 10 months or more before the tour starts. (Unless it's something really bad and I don't even want to go there.)

EDIT: Just saw that the interview was done in NYC... And I don't have a clue about the Skavlan interview.

Mentions nothing about a tour, which was the point after all for all of us waiting for this, and as far as I'm concerned this woman is clueless

guys we all must show patience, there will probably still be negotiations and maybe they want to lock on the biggest markets .. i believe there will be a tour . i understand everyone who gets fast excited and then dissapointed but in truth the dates will be set and are 7 to 9 months away as it looks..

With one of these cruises actually taking place in Europe I think we found the reason why they pushed back the announcement of the tour dates.

There either must have been some problems with finalizing the negotiations or word just got out too early and it wasn't intended to start those teasers so early. But if that really should've been some sort of marketing strategy, it's a new low even for their standards

Runaway to Paradise European cruise announced for August 2019.
That's why no European tour has been announced yet - they want to flog tickets for that (starting at approx £2000 each) before busting out dates for everywhere else.

The interview was done last week when it was still September so it is now ‘next month’.
