Even for the ones he supposedly geared up he just couldn't wait for it to be over. 3 hour shows on full autopilot with a band trying to cope with a frontman who really didn't want to be there for most nights. No, those set were such a pretty good indication how quickly things had turned around after the 2011 tour.

Yeah, I don't get the fuss about this setlist here either. The encore is very good, but many European shows had great lenghts during the main set. When I was in Munich, it really picked up during the three encores and it was fun there, but the main set was really, really boring. I remember Johny sending me a text with "where are the rarities?" during that time.
Same goes for Milan. Stunning encore, but the main set wasn't too exciting. Other than Cologne, Jon was hardly able to balance the pacing of the setlist properly for an entire show in 2013. 2011 had been much better in that aspect.
