When is it? August? September? I can't see phones being allowed as it's private? Too soon for me, hope JBJ can prove me wrong and sound better.....Be surprised if it's more that 30 mins JBJ performs....45 mins max? will see, but JBJ said it will be a small Tour in 2025, as Hyde Park as one we think will be one.

Hopefully he doesn't do too much or whatever vocals he has will sound worse....

I imagine they will allow phones, That would a lot of peoples phones to have to take and give back + there isn't anything they are trying to hide like with the new album. Jon thinks his voice is semi presentable now so he probably won't care if people record it

I was thinking of older songs....He seems to struggle with....But We weren't born to follow was bad in that interview on Sunday.....So, hoping JBJ can slightly improve than at Nashville......

I just went back and watched a bunch of recordings from the This House tour and was surprised with how many of them were terrible. The Nashville performance was better than many throughout the tour. It still wasn't good but its nice to see that there is actually an improvement

Yes, overall in 2019 he didn't sound good, at Wembley I thought he did, but fans will be expecting a bit better from JBJ if he is Touring in 2025 even if it is a small one.....

The problem I think is that, through documentary and recent interviews, Jon focused fanbase and general audience's attention to his vocals. Before, it only got into trending due to 2022 levels of disaster. But now, 2019 levels will not be acceptable anymore (or 2015 by that matter).

It's a tricky situation. A lot of good PR came from documentary because of the struggles and hard work. But now in new live shows people want to see him true to his word. Either you're capable to sing, or you don't tour anymore. If he goes out on 2019 levels, I fear serious backlash. Already few of my friends (non fans) somehow saw Nashville performance (it was somewhere on TikTok trending) and kind of saying it's not better. So eyes are on him, for better or worse.

I really wish someone on the forum could see/hear a live performance now. I've seen several different videos of that Nashville show and some do seem to sound better than others. I don't know if it is the phones they were recorded on or where the person doing the recording was sitting, maybe a combination of both?

The big mistake was starting the show with Blood On Blood.

I believe he thinks he sounded good on Blood on Blood & as I look back to This House tour performances of it, that was better than 3/4 of them. I didn't realize how bad he sounded for a lot of that tour!
