Just because they have a bigger stadium than Camp Nou doesn't mean they can fill it. Bon Jovi aren't U2. And even if they can sell out a stadium in Croatia my list still proves that there have to be at least 16 other stadium dates in order to make it to the 40 dates Richie is talking about. Yet they weren't able to sell out any stadium show in 2008 over here, apart from maybe 1 or 2.

Back in 2003 they visited Spain 2 times and had to do arena shows instead of stadium shows. And that was after the successes of It's My Life, One Wild Night and Everyday. And they weren't able to sell out a stadium in Sweden in 2001 even when It's My Life had been their biggest hit there.

But for a 1-off concert for a country they havent visited for years or ever Im sure they would sell enough.

Just because the venues are there doesn't mean that it's a smart move to actually play in them. The last time they played Sweden properly before visiting again was 1995. That's a gap of 7 years, yet the best they could do was selling roughly 11.000 tickets in 16.000 people venue.
I'm not saying they'll skip the countries that don't have the big stadiums, I'm just saying that when looking at Bon Jovi's popularity in Europe the past 10 years there's no way this is the right time for a stadium tour through Europe. They should've done that back in 2000/2001 during the Crush/One Wild Night tour, which is why I think they'll bring over the arena stage to Europe next year.
