5 songs.....

Keep The Faith
Wanted Dead Or Alive

Does anyone else agree that those are the only 5 songs that should be kept in EVERY setlist? And that all the others could quite plausibly be changed from night to night?

I say get rid of Bad Name and Wanted. Been there, done that way too many times.

I would remove It's my life... it's not good when you hear it live. Jon doesn't get the higher notes, so they'd better keep it out of the setlist.

Plus the talkbox effect is lost when played half a key lower, the same story for Prayer. I love the versions when I hear Prayer in the original key, just because the talkbox sounds right.

Back to the original subject, I've always found it weird that when considering Always has been one of their biggest hits, it's never played live. I don't think it's because of Jon's voice, but I just don't understand this. Always belongs just as much on the list as Prayer etcetera.

I totally agree with you. Always is one of the biggest hits and it MUST be in that list. I, personally, became a JoviFan when I heard Alwaysfor the first time in 1994.

You can't get rid of Wanted Dead Or Alive! One very important line, "I've seen a million faces, and I've rocked them all"

I'd love to see Always on the next tour. I think it was Bon Jovi's biggest hit in the UK so why don't we ever hear it? I know we'll never get another Live In London performance, but surly it's worth playing now and again.

But for Always it's the same story as It's my life: Jon cannot reach the higher notes when singing live....

He sung Always 2 or 3 times and nailed it. He's still able to sing it very well.

Yes id agree with all those except Its My life. I know its a real fans fave, but the live version sounds weak compared to the powerful studio version. Always should be on every set too, in fact it could replace Sleep when im dead which has been on every setlist since Keep the faith
