Sod that.

I may well have seen my last Bon Jovi show.

True, true.

That said, in terms of atmosphere, sound, view and comfort stadium shows frankly suck unless you are in GC or a good seat. It's just not worth the money.

It's hard to see how they can justify a 50% increase in the price of a decent ticket from two years ago. I'm happy to pay £75 for a gig, but it damn well better be an event (first show at Wembley) or a show you are only going to see once in a decade (the Police/Simon and Garfunkel).

I've been to more than enough shows now to know what good value for money looks like and this isn't it. As has been pointed out in other threads, you will be lucky if you get much more than a warm-up for the London show at the end of the tour.

Not mad about it, but I've seen enough Bon Jovi shows to leave this one at the wayside. I'll get four or five shows from smaller bands (hell, even a Springsteen ticket and a couple of club gigs) for the same money and be a much happier man.

The cheapest ones listed on Ticketmaster so far are £37.50, and something I saw suggests gold standing will be £50 and then different seating (silver, gold, platinum) leading up to the top-end of £75. We'll have to wait and see I suppose.

Well, I tend to keep gigs as events - so I attend them rarely, so I can justify paying a lot more for a ticket. Special circumstances i s'pose.

I'd pay £150/$300 for a Wembley GC ticket

No, not risking that. I'm probably going to buy one of those Panasonic Lumix cameras in time for the tour - they are very compact, but have good Leica lenses and high quality movie recording modes, and good automatic ISO control, so I should get good shots with one of those.

And people like you are the reason tickets keep getting more and more expensive. A special circumstance is Axl Rose performing together with Slash. Not Bon Jovi doing Wembley, which they'll do anyway after everything is sorted.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I meant I'm in special circumstances (rarely attending shows) , not if the show is a special one.

I wouldn't pay a penny to see Axl n Slash btw

Anyone know how much the Golden circle tix will be?

I'm pretty sure they were around £50 last tour.
