He's there mainly for the extra vocals. Losing Bobby was a huge blow vocally. Of course the percussion isn't super needed.

I don't get the stage complaints. Putting everyone on the same levels makes it look like Jon and Friends, putting just Jon there, and the rest behind him makes it look like Jon and Friends. What do you people really want at this point?

Waste of time is listening to Jon sing (and butcher) without proper backing vocals these days. They used to have Bobby and Richie, remember? That's a big void, so I completely support addition of Everett.

IMO, Jon hasn't sang any of the classics right since 2000. Sure some years after were better than others but I want Bad Name to sound the way it did in 1989... I'm not saying that I don't enjoy it or have a good time at the shows but to give me chills, I need the '80/'90 live versions... Everything since is secondary... Maybe that's why I don't care as much now... I don't care if he sounds like 2008 again because I'm not crazy about 2008... To me, the 2000+ comparisons are subtle differences compared to that monster voice he once had...

RDKopper, Let's be realistic his monster vocal range has gone never coming back, I think there is a subtle improvement in his voice after hearing Miami, and this show, but I leave you with this: "My voice is shot, my muscles are aged, we can't get back were we started, but these days I'm doing just fine" God Bless this mess.

I still love Bon Jovi, those who critique his voice, need to let go of the past or just listen to that era of Albums or Live performances, of course we all love his voice to have a higher vocal range, but it's gone never coming back.

I'm liking this honest, aging, vulnerable Jon compared to try to sing or be something he can't go back to, as it would be ridiculous Jon trying to act like a guy in his youth and of course expecting his voice to return to that era.

Jon's voice will be up and down this Tour, not so different to WAN 2013, but as long as he give's 100% fans shouldn't complain.

Are there any periscope links for the last part of the show? The furthest I could find is through HAND. I've seen the YT vids of Bad Medicine and Prayer, but would love to hear KTF, Always, and Wanted.

I'm really impressed with the state of Jon's voice last night and he seemed to be enjoying himself. Kicking myself for not getting tix to last night or Atlanta... holding out hope that they'll add more NA dates somewhere on the east coast, but now I'm afraid I've blown my chance of seeing them!
