Listen to the third verse, he does the "I guess I'd rather die than fade away" like he did in the 90s, as well as going for the "no, no, no" in the chorus. It's just mindblowing. I'm glad Jovi are still playing today and that Jon gives his all even though it sounds so-so, but after watching this one and Bed of Roses from the same show you can't help but feeling a little devestated. It's not the same, it's not even 10 % of what it was less than 10 years ago. I never got to see Jovi during the 90s, but nowadays I can't believe how lucky I am that got to see the band at their last peak, because after the final note in Lisbon 2011 it would never be the same again. Never.

Agreed but still looking for that note or song that will shivers down my spine. Saw 5 shows on the WAN tour, and I still love all the Love is the only rule versions.
