A question about stranger in this town?

Hi,

Ive never seen stranger in this town being played at a concert, so this question is to all the people who have.

This might sound like a silly question but hear goes.

When Richie sings his song, does Jon play along with the band while or does Jon just walk off the stage?

Whatever the answer is does the same thing happen when Richie sings I'll Be There For You.

Its just a wonder really about what happens.

I saw SITT once and Jon played guitar, but stood at the back of the stage out of the spotlight.

When Richie did IBTFY, Jon left the stage and changed his clothes.

The last time I saw Richie sing IBTFY Jon stayed on stage and played guitar. I think he usually does leave the stage though.
