Managed to get a room in London for £1 so I'll be crashing there after the 27th and going back for Bon Jovi seconds on the 28th.

Hoxton Hotels - make a note of it as they do £1 room promotions now and then.

I'm staying at the Renassiance by Heathrow (both show nights). Definitely want feedback on how difficult it might be to get back there after the show as I won't have a car.

I'd have liked to have camped, but my girlfriend is coming to see the first show with me but not the second, so I very much doubt she would like to camp overnight only for me to send her back to my house by herself the next morning So I'll be going home

I still really hope someone organises a meetup though!

It's only 10 miles or so, so you could get a cab, although the traffic will be an absolute nightmare around there after the show. If I was going to do it, I'd get either get the train or walk to Richmond, get the tube up and meet the Piccadilly line at Hammersmith and then jump on the Heathrow arm there. It's a bit of a faff going that way, but the hassle of using any road-going transport really isn't worth it.

Only going to the 2nd night, but need to head back to the wifes parentsa at Milton Keynes straight after as we've got the Jay-Z/Linkin Park show at the MK bowl the next day.

I think it's called Jury's Inn.

Thank you so much for the advice. I do think it's best to avoid the roads too even if it's not the most direct way.

You should be able to plan your route using www.tfl.gov.uk, although you'd have to specify that you didn't want to use buses in the search criteria.
