I can't believe that no one has commented on the fact that the only cover was "Shout" .

A new final Encore, just what many of you had been asking for.

Just a thought.

Well, at least in 2001 I didn't meet anyone who was happy that he played it and I talked to a lot of Jon-fans. They probably want to hear another song for a change but Blaze is played at nearly all tours in the past and that's too much, even for die-hard Jon-fans.
Hmmm, well, the people I talked to after the Atlanta show were disappointed that it was left out. Maybe it's a US/Europe thing. It was the biggest hit prior to Always here.

I guess you must be one of those "glass is half empty people" Letitrock......you can't expect the change to the ideal to be sudden and dramatic (only in a perfect world), let the guys take 'baby steps' if that is what they have to do.

Like Oasis say: 'Little by little, give everything you've ever dreamed of'

NEVER EVER quote Oasis to try to prove a point! they are what's wrong with supposed 'non-pop' music... (one of the many things)...

half empty for me yes...

but for the fact i've just been listening to some real rock music which for me means the glass is completely full...

it is draining quickly though as I am running out of time fast with my essay

Yes, I know, In the US that song was huge. It was their fifth number one over there. Here in Holland for example it was just #27. Stayed a while though, but it wasn't so hugh.

What's wrong with Oasis ? They at least have never made a pop song to be modern and hip again. They keep their own formula.
