They'll never be able to pull it off as well as they performed it in the 90s. Just watch your Live From London video. No way can they top that performance. There's part of me really wanting to hear it live again, but the other part of me hopes it won't because I'll only be disappointed.

I don't care if Jon couldn't pull it off like he could 10 years ago, if I could hear it live, roughly around the "There ain't no luck...." bit, I would probably have an orgasm

Would be nice to hear Always live at Wembley, in whatever version.

I saw them in 2000, but they didn't play it back then. My earlier gigs were in time Always wasn't even released yet.

I think the song is one of their best.

The band don't like the song that much either - hence why it might not get played all that much. It bemuses them that so many people are so fond of it cos it's completely taken out of context.

Thats a shame that they might not do it. I am only in my early teens, and so i am not a huge bon jovi fan like some of you lot. But my mum used to play that song a lot when i was little, and i loved it, and still do to this day. Oh well. Thanks anwyay.

PS- as I said,, someone like Steven Tyler who no one ever dises for his vocal prowess , and rightfully so, rarely sings "Angel" <-- a really tough song to sing...because he can't? I doubt that...when they do, it's amazing <-- they save it for special occasions.
Like Kathleen has said, you ARE attacking the wrong guy. I'm one of a small handful of people that will defend the guys because I love the band to death. Yes, they do things that make me cringe, yes there are certain songs I don't care for but I will defend them. Jon CANNOT handle Always on a daily basis. He is sounding the best he has in years and Im loving his voice. Could he handle Always? Maybe. I'm just telling you what any other fan will. Always is insane on the guys voice. Why do you think he cuts the "I'll be there till the stars don't shine" part and does it only once?

Trust me, You're attacking the wrong guy. I'm just telling you how I see it. You may disagree, more power to ya, but Always is way out of hte mans leauge ESPECIALLY when he's having an off night. He's human, he has those.
