I am in the same boat. I have e-mailed help@americanxs.com 3 times and they replied with some basic FAQ e-mail. I did everything that I was supposed to do, I enterered the code from the back of my "Bounce" CD and I am an XS member(#841913). I have tried to put the bounce code in and the XS memeber # and neither of them are correct.
Am I supposed to receive an e-mail from XS with the password or will it show up in my member exclusives?? Thanks for any help and I've just about had it today.
