Actually it was never said that the pre-sale begins Nov 5th, it was only said that we will get an e-mail by that date giving more info about how to buy tickets on-line. My guess is that the pre-sale doesn't begin that soon... But that's just a guess.

Yer I agree with Taija. I think the dates will be announced on the 5th Nov but pre-sales won't be for a while yet. Let's keep our finger crossed though.

I took this section of the email to mean that the email with instructions for the presale would be sent on Nov 4th, and the actual presale would start on Nov 5th and would last for 3 days.

The pre-sale date has now been confirmed and specific instructions on how to purchase tickets will be sent to you in a follow up email on or around November 4th.
There will be a three day window starting November 5th when only American XS members will be able to pre-order.

Does this consider Europe, too, or just US? I guess only people from US have received this mail, at least I haven't.

I got this email to the address I registered for the US presale, as for the one I registered for the Europe presale, nothing as yet. I think this is just for the US. There is an email due around the same time for the Europe registration too, I'm sure that said @ Nov 5th
