Actually if I go to the Bounce tour concert, GGD will be the best opening act for BJ. I saw BJ twice before and both opening bands were horrible. The one during OWN was some punk band Eve6 and during Crossroad tour it was some local band... the worst ever!

Hi again,
Yes I think BJ have recently had fairly poor bands opening for them:... i'd have loved to have seen the 95 shows with Van Halen but unfortunately I didn't see the band until the 96 leg for the first time.
Journey would be a great band to see though, and while i'm not a fan of their music as such i know neil schon is an amazing guitarist... playing with paul rodgers, and also carlos santana, and sammy hagar and michael anthony...
incidentally both schon and sambora contributed to rodgers' album in 94 - muddy water blues...
to be honest, i'm not a great fan of goo goo dolls either, but I'll take anything as long as Ronan Keating doesn't open in the UK !!!!
