I have 2 friends that flew out for show. They sent me some pics from before JBJ hit stage (they were dead center row 3....which was literally about 8' away from mic). Looked really intimate/tiny. No vids yet. Wonder if people were told 'no pcitures or videos'?

I've seen some posts on Facebook that said no video only photos were allowed so not sure we'll see any.

That was the case for San Francisco too but video turned up. Let's hope some people broke the rules.

Apparently they did have a "lengthy" Q & A. And original set had audibles listed as Prayer, Who Says, Wanted & Sat Night.

A set list where those are the audibles are my dream world.

These days it seems the best from Jon comes from these intimate acoustic shows (like San Fran 2012, Lincoln Center 2009, etc.). I would have loved to attend a show like this.
Every Word Was Piece of My Heart is such a killer song, great to see some DA material getting played. It's an intimate album that suits this kind of shows. With These Two Hands is strange pick, can't see it working acoustically, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

I was at the show last night. The Hard Rock Cafe is an intimate venue and there are no bad seats. I'll post a pic after I get them off my camera.

I wish there had been more music than Q&A, but it was a longer show than the San Fran gig and Jon's voice was in fine form. He made a joke "it's a good day if you hit the high notes" and there were a few other comments which makes it apparent to me that he is aware of the issues with singing some of the tunes like Always. He also was massaging his neck quite a bit while people were asking questions - not sure if that has anything to do with his vocal chords or not.

He did make a few references to the Richie situation. He mentioned he pushed the guys to make an album but also said they all committed to go on the road. He said there would be no album or touring in 2014 - that they needed a break. He said even if this were the end, not saying it was the end, it was a great 30 years. He didn't sound bitter about that at all, but to me it seems that the band's future may depend on whether Richie chooses to return or not.

Jon said his kids are more vocal about "enough is enough" and he said their wishes did not fall on dead ears.

He was in a good mood (in San Francisco he seemed very tired) and then posed for pictures afterwards. I'm happy I went.

Oh, while Bon Jovi as a group may not be touring, the Runaway Tours staff told me there would be more trips in the future. So apparently Jon has no intention of slowing down!
