Take plenty of bottled water! You get very thirsty standing for 8 or 9 hours especially if its hot during the afternoon.

Don't drink too much though otherwise you'll be running to the loo and you'll lose your spot in the crowd - I have nightmares of that happening!

It's come close to that a few times in the past, hasn't it? But it's true for me too, I'd rather starve for a day and not go to the loo than to lose my spot in the front row. No way would I ever do that. Besides, any feeling of uncomfortability (is there such a word?!) will go away once BJ starts playing... You just won't have time to think about your hunger or other needs...

All of you first timers are making me think of my first time! It was so exciting, and my first concert ever.

As was said, concessions are EXPENSIVE, so I would suggest that you try to eat something before you go to hold you over.

Since you have tickets for seats, no one can claim them and you probably only really need to get there early for decent parking.

From what I remember about souveneirs and shirts, some things were priced fair and some I thought were a little outrageous. Oh, and be prepared to wait on line for them. I would get them before the show starts or they may run out of popular items by the time the show is over.

Have fun and you are in for one hell of a ride!
